Initial Discovery Call
This call allows us go get to know each other. It is not a requirement, but it allows us to answer any questions that you might have ahead of time.
Trip Vision Call
After you fill out an inquiry form this call gives us a chance to talk face-to-face. If you want to share vision boards or ask questions this is your chance!
Itinerary & Proposal Review
After receiving your personalized itinerary proposal you can accept or change in the app, but if you want a call to review it we have this call option!
Bon Voyage Briefing
This call can be scheduled a week or two before you travel. We can answer any final questions, go over all documents, and ensure you feel confident and prepared for the trip!
How-to Videos & Support
Sometimes things can feel overwhelming or confusing with the app or the airport. We can send little how-to videos to make sure you understand everything step-by-step.
